Talk & Tour

Talk through the tour. Remember all of it.

You tour six apartments in a weekend and by Sunday night they've blurred into one. Talk & Tour lets you say what you noticed on the way out, transcribes it on your iPhone, and turns it into a record you can actually compare.

Three steps, about a minute

How it works

  1. Talk on your way out

Hit record and say what you noticed, the way you'd say it to a friend. “Twenty-eight hundred, one bedroom, they allow cats, laundry's in the basement.” It records in a basement or an elevator with no signal, and the recording is saved to your phone before anything else happens.

  2. Confirm what it heard

Your iPhone transcribes the note and suggests the rent, the bedroom count, the pet policy and more. Every suggestion waits for you to accept it. If one disagrees with something you typed yourself, you see both values side by side and pick — the app never quietly overwrites you.

  3. Compare them for real

Put any two apartments side by side, see them all on a map with commute times to the places that matter, and let an optional Match Score weigh rent, your gut reaction and the commute. Tap the score and it shows its work, every time.
