How it works
Talk on your way out
Hit record and say what you noticed, the way you'd say it to a friend. “Twenty-eight hundred, one bedroom, they allow cats, laundry's in the basement.” It records in a basement or an elevator with no signal, and the recording is saved to your phone before anything else happens.
Confirm what it heard
Your iPhone transcribes the note and suggests the rent, the bedroom count, the pet policy and more. Every suggestion waits for you to accept it. If one disagrees with something you typed yourself, you see both values side by side and pick — the app never quietly overwrites you.
Compare them for real
Put any two apartments side by side, see them all on a map with commute times to the places that matter, and let an optional Match Score weigh rent, your gut reaction and the commute. Tap the score and it shows its work, every time.

Voice notes that survive the basement
Record during or right after a tour. The audio is written to local storage before any network call, so a dead signal can't cost you a note. Transcription doesn't wait for connectivity either.

Side-by-side comparison
Pick the apartments you're torn between and see them in one view — rent, rooms, policies, your own notes. An optional Match Score blends rent, gut reaction and commute, and always opens to show the breakdown.
Map and commute anchors
Every tracked apartment on a map, pinned where it actually is. Save up to five anchors — work, the gym, a friend — and see the travel time to each one, calculated on your phone and cached.
Search with one other person
Partners and roommates rarely tour together. Invite one person and you share a single set of apartments: you tour Tuesday, they tour Thursday, and both sets of notes land on the same record with who-said-what attached.
A checklist you actually wrote
An editable tour checklist reminds you what to look at while you're standing there. Add an apartment you already toured and you get a warning before a duplicate record exists; skip recording after a tour and a local reminder nudges you.
Nothing goes to a cloud AI
Transcription uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. Field extraction uses Apple's on-device intelligence, cross-checked by a rule engine that also runs on your phone. Your voice is not uploaded to OpenAI, Google or anyone else. There is no analytics SDK and no advertising SDK in the app.
Your data, exportable and deletable
Export everything from Settings whenever you want. Delete your account from Settings too — no email, no support ticket, no waiting. It removes your records and your recordings.

Before you ask
Does my voice get sent to an AI service?
No. Transcription runs on your iPhone with Apple's on-device speech recognition, and the field extraction runs on-device too — your audio is never sent to OpenAI, Google or any other AI provider. Recordings are kept in your own private, access-controlled account storage so they survive a lost phone and, if you co-search, so your partner can hear a tour they missed. Deleting your account deletes them.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There's no subscription and no in-app purchase. That isn't a launch promotion — the app is built so that no feature depends on a paid AI service or any other per-use external API, which is exactly why transcription, extraction, geocoding, commute times and the Match Score all run on your phone.
Will it fill in the rent wrong?
It won't fill in anything by itself. Every suggested value sits there until you tap accept, and if a suggestion disagrees with a value you typed, both are shown so you pick. The full transcript is always there to read, so even a note it understood badly is still a note you can use.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Recording and transcription don't wait for connectivity, and a stopped recording is written to local storage before any network call. Basements, elevators and old buildings with no bars are the normal case, not the edge case.
Can my partner and I share one search?
Yes — one other person, by invitation. You share a single set of apartments, so separate tours merge into one record with each note attributed to whoever took it. The person who owns the search can revoke access at any time.
